I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Orders ship within 1-4 days of your purchase. Tracking numbers will be updated/emailed 5-7 days after you receive the order confirmation email. If you did not receive a tracking number, simply email us at

I don't love my order, can I return it?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee, only if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent, you will have to sent the item back to us in order to receive a refund. Please note: We only give refunds if the item is unopened and unused. Do not remove any packaging from product. 

I have entered an incorrect address!

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply refer to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given to us is wrong, kindly notify us via email at If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission unless you return the package to us.  

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time for orders is 8-15 business days. International shipping might take 2 - 6 weeks depending on the location. 


 When you order multiple items at a time, they will be shipped separately from different distribution centers. You may receive one item before the next, so don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. 


BUT WAIT, MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK...ARE YOU GUYS A SCAM? No, we are not a scam. If your order has just shipped, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the USPS tracking site or your local shipping provider if you placed order outside US.
